Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our items are made with care and may include custom details, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Items that include personalization (such as racing bibs) may require additional processing time to ensure everything is made accurately and with care.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
